Do Not Turn If....
Do not turn if you cannot do this without obstructing or endangering other traffic.
Obey Any Lane Markings or Signs
Move safely into the correct lane in accordance with any white or yellow lane markings that may be indicated.
Turning Left
Indicate Your Intentions Early
Before turning left, indicate your intentions in good time and stay as close as possible to the left side of the road.
After Turning....
Adjust your speed to safely merge into the flow of traffic and proceed driving.
Turning Right
Indicate Your Intentions Early
Before turning right, indicate your intentions in good time and stay as close as possible to the right side of the road.
Yield to Oncoming Traffic
Before turning right, yield right of way to all oncoming traffic where required.
Crossing a 2-Way Road
Before turning right, be sure to cross the center line to ensure that you will be turning into the left-hand side of the road.
After Turning....
Adjust your speed to safely merge into the flow of traffic and proceed driving.
